Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 handful parsley or cilantro
- ½ glass of water (about 100 ml)
Instructions
- Wash all produce: Clean the cucumber, lemon, and parsley/cilantro thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber and lemon into small pieces.
- Grate the ginger and chop the parsley or cilantro.
- Add all ingredients to a blender: cucumber, lemon slices, ginger, parsley/cilantro, apple cider vinegar, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drink once daily before bedtime for 3 consecutive days.
