Ingredients
- 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- 1 handful of parsley or cilantro
- ½ glass of water (around 100–150 ml)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Blend cucumber, parsley (or cilantro), and grated ginger in a blender.
- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, water, and honey (if using).
- Blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
🕒 When to Drink:
- Drink once daily, ideally before bedtime on an empty stomach for 3 consecutive nights.
