Instructions
- Add the lemon juice, cucumber slices, and grated ginger into a blender.
- Pour in the water and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture if desired, especially if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Stir in chia seeds and let the drink sit for about 10 minutes, allowing the seeds to swell.
- Add honey to taste (optional).
- Drink this mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for 3 consecutive days.
