Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1.5–2 liters water
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
- Grate the fresh ginger and gently bruise the mint leaves to release flavor.
- In a large pitcher, add the cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint.
- Pour in 1.5 to 2 liters of cold water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Drink one glass before meals, especially in the morning on an empty stomach, and throughout the day.
⚠️ Note: Weight loss depends on many factors. This drink may promote hydration and aid digestion, but rapid weight loss like 5.5 kg in 3 days is typically water weight and not sustainable.
