Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, sliced

- 1 liter (4 cups) water
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber, lemon, grated ginger, and mint leaves.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and pour in the water.
- Stir well, cover, and let the mixture infuse overnight in the refrigerator (at least 6–8 hours).
- Drink a glass first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Continue sipping throughout the day.
