Ingredients

- 10–12 mint leaves (fresh)

Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint leaves.
- Pour in the water and stir well. If using apple cider vinegar, add it now.
- Cover and let it infuse overnight in the refrigerator (at least 8 hours).
- Drink a glass on an empty stomach in the morning, then throughout the day.
- Repeat for 3 days along with a light, balanced diet for best results.
