Ingredients
- 5–7 fresh Miracle Leaf leaves (also known as Bryophyllum pinnatum or Patharchatta)
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the fresh Miracle Leaf leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Crush or chop the leaves into small pieces.
- Place the chopped leaves in a cup or teapot.
- Pour 1 cup of warm (not boiling) water over the leaves.
- Cover and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon juice if desired for taste.
- Drink once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
