Ingredients
- 1 medium red capsicum (bell pepper)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or castor oil
- 1 tbsp onion juice (optional, boosts hair growth)

Instructions
- Chop the red capsicum and blend it with a little water to make a paste.
- Heat the coconut oil (or castor oil) on low flame and add the capsicum paste.
- Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, then turn off the heat and strain the oil.
- Add onion juice and fenugreek paste to the mixture.
- Once cooled, mix in rosemary essential oil for extra benefits.
- Massage the oil onto your scalp for 5-10 minutes, focusing on bald spots.
- Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then wash with a mild shampoo.
- Use 3 times a week for best results.
