Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil (pure, cold-pressed)
- 1 tbsp Castor oil
- 1 tbsp Amla powder (Indian gooseberry)
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds (soaked overnight & ground into paste)
- 5–6 Curry leaves (fresh, crushed)
- Few drops of Rosemary essential oil (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the coconut oil slightly and mix it with castor oil.
- Add amla powder, fenugreek paste, and crushed curry leaves into the oil.
- Let the mixture simmer on low flame for 5–7 minutes, then allow it to cool.
- Strain and store the oil in a glass bottle.
- Massage into your scalp for 10 minutes and leave it on for at least 1–2 hours (or overnight for best results).
- Wash with a mild herbal shampoo. Use 2–3 times a week.
