INGREDIENTS:
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup warm water
👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
- Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- Boil 1 cup of water and let it cool slightly.
- Add grated ginger to the warm water and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
- Strain the water into a cup.
