(Guava, Mango, Soursop & Neem Leaves Tea)
📝 DESCRIPTION
This herbal tea combines four powerful natural leaves—guava, mango, soursop (graviola), and neem—traditionally used in many cultures to support overall health. These leaves are rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and plant nutrients that may help support blood sugar balance, improve circulation, and promote liver health.

🌿 INGREDIENTS
- 4–5 fresh guava leaves (washed)
- 3–4 mango leaves (young, tender leaves preferred)
- 4–5 soursop (graviola) leaves
- 3–4 neem leaves (use small amount due to bitterness)
- 3 cups water
👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash all leaves thoroughly with clean water.
- Add 3 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add all the leaves into the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off heat and allow the tea to cool slightly.
- Strain into a cup.
- Drink warm, preferably once daily (morning or evening).
