- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)
- Vitamin E oil
- Aloe Vera gel
- Sweet almond oil
Instructions
- Prepare the base: Start with a clean face. Wash and pat dry the area where age spots are visible.
- Mix Vitamin C and Vitamin E: In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C powder with 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Stir well to create a smooth paste. Add 2 drops of Vitamin E oil for added nourishment.
- Apply to age spots: Gently apply the mixture to the age spots, using your fingertips or a cotton ball. Massage the area gently for about 2-3 minutes.
- Let it absorb: Allow the mixture to stay on the skin for 20-30 minutes. The Vitamin C helps brighten skin and the Vitamin E soothes and heals the skin.
- Rinse and hydrate: After 30 minutes, rinse off with lukewarm water. Follow up with a light moisturizer, preferably one with SPF for daytime use to protect your skin.
- Consistency is key: Repeat this treatment 2-3 times a week for the best results. Over time, the age spots should begin to fade.
