- 2 large chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Chicken & Veggies: In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, pineapple chunks, sliced bell pepper, sliced onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything until well mixed.
- Add Teriyaki Sauce: Pour teriyaki sauce over the mixture and toss again to coat evenly.
- Prepare Foil Packets: Tear off four large sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the chicken and pineapple mixture evenly among the four sheets.
- Seal Packets: Fold the foil over the mixture and seal the edges tightly to form packets.
- Bake: Place foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve: Carefully open packets (watch out for steam), garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
