- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice or water
- Soft toothbrush
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the baking soda with lemon juice (or water) to form a smooth paste.
- Dip your soft toothbrush into the paste.
- Gently brush your teeth with the paste for about 2–3 minutes, making sure not to scrub hard.
- Spit it out and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
- Do this only once or twice a week — overuse may damage enamel.
