- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (or bacon), cooked and crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer Tater Tots: Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Add Meat & Cheese: Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon over the tater tots. Then, top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Pour Over Casserole: Evenly pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and sausage.
