Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Tangerine or mandarin slices (for garnish)

Instructions

Make the Tangerine Puff Pastry:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into squares or circles. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, toss tangerine segments with honey, orange zest, and vanilla.
  4. Place a few segments on each pastry piece.
  5. Brush the edges with beaten egg for golden color.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
