INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups milk powder
- 1 can (14 oz / ~400g) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan:
Line a small square or rectangular baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Set aside. - Mix Ingredients:
In a non-stick pan over low heat, pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add the milk powder, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. - Cook Until Thick:
Keep stirring on low heat until the mixture becomes thick, pulls away from the sides of the pan, and forms a soft dough-like texture. This takes about 6–8 minutes. - Shape and Set:
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Press and smooth the top with a spatula or your hands (lightly greased). - Chill and Slice:
Let it cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting (around 30 minutes). Once firm, cut into small squares. - Serve and Enjoy:
Enjoy your rich, sweet milk fudge! Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 2–3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.
Let me know if you want to add flavors like cardamom, vanilla, or nuts!
