- 2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
- Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish and cut into squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
