Ingredients
- 2 cups milk powder
- 1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a nonstick pan over low heat, combine the milk powder and sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan (about 7–10 minutes).
- Once thick and fudgy, transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined square dish.
- Press it evenly using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Let it cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
- Cut into squares and enjoy your sweet, milky fudge!
