Ingredients
- 2 cups milk powder
- 1 can (14 oz or 400g) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan over low heat, pour the sweetened condensed milk.
- Gradually add the milk powder, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Continue stirring and cooking until the mixture thickens and forms a dough-like consistency (about 6–8 minutes).
- Once the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan and forms a soft mass, remove from heat.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased or parchment-lined square tray or dish.
- Press it evenly using a spatula or back of a spoon.
- Let it cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Cut into squares and serve!
Optional: Sprinkle with chopped pistachios, almonds, or a dusting of cardamom powder for extra flavor.
