- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions:
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Cook the Meatballs:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add meatballs to the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add marinara sauce, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine and Serve:
- Return meatballs to the sauce and coat evenly.
- Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is thickened.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
