Ingredients:
- For the meatballs:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
- Make the meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until just combined.
