Ingredients
- 1 large piece of fresh ginger (about 2 inches), peeled and sliced

- 1 orange, sliced
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions
- Bring the 4 cups of water to a gentle boil in a pot.
