Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Just 3 Ingredients! Easy, Delicious, and Economical!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk (or unsweetened almond milk for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup powdered erythritol (or your preferred sugar substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional, for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and powdered sweetener.
  2. Place over medium heat and stir continuously until the sweetener fully dissolves.
  3. Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let it cook uncovered, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
  4. Continue to simmer for about 30–40 minutes, or until the mixture reduces by about half and thickens to a condensed milk consistency.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the butter (optional) for extra richness.
  6. Let it cool completely — it will thicken more as it cools.
  7. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
