INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup full-cream milk
- ½ cup powdered milk
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener (according to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour the milk into a non-stick pan and heat on low flame.
- Add powdered milk and whisk continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add the sugar-free sweetener and mix well.
- Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool. It will thicken more as it cools.
- Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
