Sugar-Free Condensed Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated allulose (or your preferred sugar substitute)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, butter, allulose, and vanilla extract.
  2. Heat and Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  3. Cool and Store: Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Transfer the condensed milk to a glass jar or container and store it in the refrigerator.

Tips:

  • Sweetener Choice: Allulose is a great sugar substitute for this recipe because it doesn’t crystallize. However, you can also use other sugar substitutes like erythritol or monk fruit.
  • Patience is Key: The simmering process is crucial for thickening the mixture. Don’t rush it!
  • Use in Recipes: This sugar-free condensed milk can be used in various recipes like coffee, tea, desserts, and more.

Enjoy your homemade, sugar-free condensed milk!
