Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pack crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed shortbread cookies (or graham crackers)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make cheesecake filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare dough: Roll out crescent dough (or puff pastry) into rectangles. Spread a layer of cheesecake mixture, then add a spoonful of strawberry jam and diced strawberries.
  4. Roll up each rectangle gently and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with crushed shortbread cookies.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar. Garnish with extra strawberries if desired.

✨ Soft, creamy, fruity, and buttery — a perfect dessert roll!

Do you want me to make this a no-bake version too (with tortillas or cake rolls instead of baking)?
