Strawberry Cool Whip Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (3 oz) box of strawberry Jell-O
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Slowly mix the cooled Jell-O into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until everything is combined and fluffy.
  5. Fold in the sliced strawberries if using.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Garnish with extra whipped topping or fresh strawberries before serving, if desired.
