Ingredients
- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 (3 oz) box of strawberry Jell-O
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries (optional)
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Let it cool to room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly mix the cooled Jell-O into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until everything is combined and fluffy.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries if using.
- Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Garnish with extra whipped topping or fresh strawberries before serving, if desired.
