Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or use homemade donut dough)
- Oil for frying
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam or strawberry pie filling
- Fresh strawberries, diced (optional)
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Flatten biscuit dough slightly and cut a small hole in the center if you want traditional donut shape. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture. Poke a hole in each donut and fill generously.
- Add a spoonful of strawberry jam or pie filling inside (you can layer it with the cream cheese filling).
- Roll donuts in crushed graham crackers or sprinkle them over the top.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with diced fresh strawberries if desired.
👉 Soft, creamy, tangy, and sweet—like a cheesecake but in donut form!
Do you want me to make this a quick no-bake version (using store-bought donuts stuffed with the filling) or keep it as a fried-from-scratch version?
