Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed Donut

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or use homemade donut dough)
  • Oil for frying
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or strawberry pie filling
  • Fresh strawberries, diced (optional)
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten biscuit dough slightly and cut a small hole in the center if you want traditional donut shape. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture. Poke a hole in each donut and fill generously.
  5. Add a spoonful of strawberry jam or pie filling inside (you can layer it with the cream cheese filling).
  6. Roll donuts in crushed graham crackers or sprinkle them over the top.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with diced fresh strawberries if desired.

👉 Soft, creamy, tangy, and sweet—like a cheesecake but in donut form!

Do you want me to make this a quick no-bake version (using store-bought donuts stuffed with the filling) or keep it as a fried-from-scratch version?
