Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (or Golden Oreos for a twist)
  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional: crushed graham crackers or extra vanilla wafers for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Make the Pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Prepare Cheesecake Layer:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Combine Layers:
Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture. Then fold in half of the whipped topping until well blended.
  4. Layer the Dessert:
In a trifle dish or 9×13-inch pan, begin layering:
    • A layer of vanilla wafers
    • A layer of sliced bananas and strawberries
    • A layer of the cheesecake pudding mixture
    • Repeat layers until ingredients are used up
  5. Top It Off:
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the final layer. Garnish with extra strawberries, banana slices, and crushed cookies or graham crackers.
  6. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and dessert to set.

TIP: Add a drizzle of strawberry syrup or strawberry jam between layers for extra flavor!
