Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (5.1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 4–5 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- Optional: extra whipped topping & crushed wafers for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined. - Prepare the Pudding:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken. - Combine:
Add the thickened pudding to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated and fluffy. - Assemble the Layers:
In a trifle dish or a large bowl, start with a layer of vanilla wafers, followed by sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and a layer of the cheesecake pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor and texture. - Serve:
Garnish with more strawberries, banana slices, whipped topping, or crushed wafers before serving.
