Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
  2. Make the cheesecake mixture:
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Combine:
Gently fold the prepared pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Then fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Assemble the layers:
In a large trifle dish or a deep glass bowl, layer vanilla wafers at the bottom, then add a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries. Spread a layer of the cheesecake pudding mixture on top. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding mixture on top.
  5. Top and chill:
Garnish with extra sliced strawberries and crushed vanilla wafers if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  6. Serve:
    Spoon into bowls and enjoy!
