Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined.
  3. Gently fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  5. In a trifle dish or large serving bowl, layer vanilla wafers (or graham crackers) on the bottom.
