Strawberry Bombs

Ingredients

  • 12 fresh strawberries (large, hulled)
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
  • ½ cup melted chocolate (milk, dark, or white – your choice)
  • Optional: whipped cream or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, carefully scooping out the centers to create space for filling.
  2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed strawberries.
  4. Dip the bottom half of each filled strawberry into melted chocolate, then roll in crushed graham crackers.
  5. Place strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or sprinkles for extra flair.

Do you want me to make these no-bake cheesecake style bombs only, or would you like me to also give you a strawberry shortcake “bomb cake” version?
