Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, carefully scooping out the centers to create space for filling.
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed strawberries.
- Dip the bottom half of each filled strawberry into melted chocolate, then roll in crushed graham crackers.
- Place strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or sprinkles for extra flair.
