- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 2 fresh limes
- 1 medium chayote (peeled, seeds removed, and chopped)
- 1 cup cold water (or more, to adjust consistency)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions
- Wash the chayote thoroughly, peel it, remove the seed, and cut it into small cubes.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Squeeze the juice from the limes.
- Add the chayote, avocado, lime juice, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Taste and add honey if you’d like it sweeter.
