Ingredients:
- For the Steak:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Steak and Shrimp:
- In separate bowls, combine the steak and shrimp with the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper.

2. Cook the Vegetables:
