Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream (or mayonnaise)
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a casserole or baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts evenly in the prepared dish. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast, covering well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Drizzle melted butter if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes, until golden and chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
