Spinach Stuffed Pastry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare filling: In a large bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  3. Assemble pastries:
    • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
    • Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles of your desired size.
    • Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each pastry square.
