Ingredients:
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare filling: In a large bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Assemble pastries:
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles of your desired size.
