Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture:
    In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well-combined.
  2. Form the Meatballs:
