Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (white or yellow)
- 1 pair of clean cotton socks
Instructions
- Peel the onion and slice it into thick, flat rounds.
- Place a slice or two inside each sock so that they’ll rest under your feet.
- Put the socks on before bed, making sure the onion stays under your soles.
- Leave the socks on overnight while you sleep.
- In the morning, remove the socks and discard the used onion slices.
- Wash your feet well to remove any onion scent.
