This easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna is a hearty, cheesy, and comforting meal made with layers of ravioli, flavorful meat sauce, and melted cheese. Perfect for busy days, it requires minimal prep and lets your slow cooker do all the work.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (optional for extra sauce)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add marinara sauce, diced tomatoes (if using), garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.
- Add a single layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the ravioli.
- Repeat layers — sauce, ravioli, cheese — until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
