- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger (optional for a hint of warmth)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a little heat)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Pour the Sauce: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
