Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work well)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a parchment-lined baking sheet if using the oven.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, or bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
If you’d like, I can also help you adapt this for other seasonings (like Cajun or Parmesan)!
