This cleanse aims to support liver and gallbladder function by promoting the release of bile.
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil: 1/4 cup
- Fresh Lemon Juice: 1/4 cup
- Epsom Salts: 4 tablespoons
- Filtered Water: 8 ounces

- Preparation:
- Day 1:
- Avoid eating red meat, processed foods, and dairy for 24 hours.
- Consume plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Day 2:
- No eating or drinking after dinner.

- Cleanse Procedure:
- 6:00 PM: Mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salts in 8 ounces of warm water. Drink it slowly.
- 8:00 PM: Mix 1/4 cup olive oil with 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. Drink this mixture slowly.
- Lie down on your right side with your knees bent. This position helps encourage bile flow.
- Remain in this position for at least 20 minutes.
- Post-Cleanse:
- You may experience some mild discomfort or bowel movements. This is normal.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the following day.
- Resume your normal diet gradually.
