Instructions
- Heat oil or butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them (or fry directly if you prefer sunny-side up).
- Pour the eggs into the hot pan.
- Add salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until the bottom sets.
- Flip the egg and cook the other side for another 30–60 seconds.
- If using onions or green chilies, sauté them first, then add eggs.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
