Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil or butter
  • Salt to taste

  • Red chili powder (optional)
  • Green chili (optional, chopped)
  • Onion (optional, finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil or butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them (or fry directly if you prefer sunny-side up).
  3. Pour the eggs into the hot pan.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  5. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the bottom sets.
  6. Flip the egg and cook the other side for another 30–60 seconds.
  7. If using onions or green chilies, sauté them first, then add eggs.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
