Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for extra flavor)
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add soy sauce if using.
- Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space.
- Scramble the eggs lightly and then mix them with the cabbage.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until eggs are fully set.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
