Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup warm water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)

Instructions
- Grate fresh ginger and place it into a mug.
- Pour warm (not boiling) water over the ginger.
- Add lemon juice, and stir in honey if using.
- Optionally, sprinkle in a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain (if desired).
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
