Instructions
- In a clean small bowl, combine the castor oil and baking soda.
- Stir well until you get a smooth, paste-like consistency.
- For external use only: apply a thin layer of the paste to the area of skin you want to treat (such as rough heels, dry elbows, or dark spots).
- Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then gently rinse off with warm water.
- Pat dry and moisturize as usual.
