INGREDENT
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp hydrogen peroxide (3%)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional for added antibacterial benefit)
- A few drops of peppermint oil (optional, for fresh breath)
- Toothbrush
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form a smooth paste.
- (Optional) Add coconut oil and a drop or two of peppermint oil for added freshness and antibacterial effect.
- Dip your toothbrush into the paste and gently brush your teeth for 2 minutes using circular motions.
- Be sure to cover all areas, especially near the gum line and where tartar tends to build up.
- Spit and rinse thoroughly with water.
- Use only once or twice a week to avoid enamel damage.
