Ingredients
- 4–5 fresh clove leaves (or ½ tsp ground cloves if leaves unavailable)
- 1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil
- A pinch of baking soda (optional, for gentle polishing)
Instructions
- Wash the clove leaves thoroughly.
- Crush or grind them into a paste using a mortar & pestle or blender.
- Mix the clove-leaf paste with coconut/olive oil. (Add a small pinch of baking soda only if your gums are not sensitive.)
- Using a clean finger or soft toothbrush, gently massage the mixture onto your teeth and along the gumline for 1–2 minutes.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
- Use once or twice a week for a fresh breath effect and mild surface stain removal.
⚠️ Note: This is a traditional/DIY approach. It may help freshen breath or remove some surface stains but it does not replace professional dental cleaning or medical treatment. If you have sensitive teeth, gum disease, or heavy tartar build-up, see a dentist.
