Ingredients
- 10 fresh garlic cloves
- 5 whole cloves (the spice)
- 1 cup (240 ml) olive oil or coconut oil
- Small glass jar with a lid
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves and lightly crush them with the side of a knife.
- In a clean, dry glass jar, add the crushed garlic and whole cloves.
- Pour the olive oil (or coconut oil) over the garlic and cloves until fully submerged.
- Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for 2–3 days to allow the oil to infuse.
- After 3 days, strain the oil through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle or jar.
- To use: Gently massage the oil onto the affected joints or areas of pain. Use daily for best results.
Note: Always do a patch test before using any homemade remedy on your skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. This natural oil may help soothe mild discomfort, but it’s not a substitute for medical treatment — consult your doctor for chronic or severe joint pain.
